Introcan Safety®-W PUR

The Introcan Safety®-W PUR IV catheter from B. Braun provides a safe and comfortable solution for venous access. The high-quality polyurethane catheter and ergonomic handle design enable precise one-hand puncture technique, while the self-activating Clip technology offers reliable protection against needle-stick injuries. The atraumatic cannula tip with 3-facet bevel minimises pain and tissue damage, and the highly transparent blood chamber allows for easy monitoring of blood flow. A hydrophobic blood catcher stopper prevents backflow and ensures additional hygiene.

X-ray contrast strips ensure optimal visibility during imaging procedures. The Luer-Lock connector and removable lock closure cone provide secure connections and flexible usage options. The colour-coded size identification simplifies selecting the appropriate cannula. Latex, PVC and DEHP free, the cannula complies with ISO 10.555-1/5 standards and is suitable for injections up to 300 psi.
