Product overview
The wireless AT-Patch holter ECG from ATSens for long-term monitoring of up to 14 days provides a sound diagnosis of rare heart diseases such as atrial fibrillation, which usually only occurs after 10 days.
Diagnosing Rare Cardiac Arrhythmias - with the AT-Patch 14 Day Holter ECG
With the AT-Patch 14-day holter ECG from ATSens, it is now possible to continuously monitor patients' cardiac function over a period of up to 14 days. Unlike the conventional holter ECG, which has a measurement period limited to 24 - 48 hours, the AT patch can also be used to diagnose rare cardiac arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, which can usually only be detected after 10 days. This way, the risks of sudden cardiac death are significantly reduced.
In addition to the ECG signal, the AT patch also records the QRS axis, the temperature data of the device and the heart rate. With the help of the matching app, which is available for both iOS and Android devices, it is possible for the patient to record any symptoms that occur during the complete examination as well as the activity status. The AT-Report software, on the other hand, supports medical practitioners in evaluating the ECG data collected, analyses it with the help of its own analysis rhythm and saves abnormalities such as anomalies in a separate file. Furthermore, the software not only allows real-time monitoring but also the creation of a report in PDF format.
For application, the 14-day holter ECG is simply applied to the patient's skin with the self-adhesive underside. It offers a high level of comfort for both women and men and impresses with a high level of patient compliance. During the entire monitoring period, the wireless device does not interfere with the patient, as it does not restrict freedom of movement, complies with protection class IP57 and can therefore also be worn when showering. During physical exertion, the compact and ultra-light holter ECG enables the acquisition of artefact-free ECGs.
