These S-Monovette serum collection devices from Sarstedt are provided with a coagulation activator, which allow for complete coagulation of the blood within 20-30 minutes. The coagulation activator is coated onto plastic granules, which form a layer between the coagulated blood and serum sample after centrifugation. These S-Monovettes have a membrane seal.
